With reference to Mr. Thomas' despatch No. 293

of the 27th of October, 1931, on the subject of the

Estate Duty Ordinances, I have the honour to enclose

two further copies of the draft Bill to consolidate the law relating to Estate Duty. The Table of

Correspondence will be found on pages 19 and 20 of the

print.

It is proposed to introduce the Bill into Legislative Council early in 1932.
